Over-stuffed boxes & bags will be refused. We WILL make you remove items. Contract is a 13 gallon white bag not exceeding 25 pounds! Box size is 12"x12" x 18"deep YOU CAN CHECK YOUR BALANCE ON YOUR PHONE! USE PHONE and/or THIS WEBSITE FOR CHECK-IN DATES FOR BOXES & BAGS YOU CAN HEAR OUR SALE COLORS ON YOUR PHONE! BALANCE CHECK TELLS YOU YOUR NEXT CHECK-IN DATE (if we are taking) Note: Next check-in date is the Monday of the first week that YOU can bring boxes and bags based on the date of your LAST check-in of containers. So if your date is an old date it just means we miss you. ALL DATES given by computer are Mondays - it does NOT mean we are accepting that Monday for sure. See calendar below. CALL DAILY ABOUT FURNITURE AND LARGE ITEMS BECAUSE FLOOR SPACE CHANGES WITH SALES. BOXES & BAGS ARE ACCEPTED BI-WEEKLY. LARGE ITEMS WEEKLY.
Reading the calendar below: If the date says YES - that means you can bring ONE box or bag or 15 hanging items if it is your week (keep in mind containers are every-other week). You may also bring up to 6 large carry-in items. If the date says NO - we are NOT taking boxes and bags OR hanging items, BUT we are accepting the 6 large items that day. (6 Large items are accepted weekly any day of the week) If the date is empty - we are waiting to make sure our backroom has available space for more. If you are new to our service please read the contract for limits, sizes of containers, etc. NOTICE CONTRACT CHANGES:

Is your schedule flexible? Try NOT bringing items during the lunch hours. Many working people have to use their lunch break time. from 11 to 2 pm is when you will stand in line the longest. Remember bears have to go eat too. MAKE SURE YOUR CONTAINERS ARE REASONABLY PACKED. OVERSIZED AND OVER-PACKED CONTAINERS CAN AND WILL BE REFUSED. MAY 2025 All accounts required to sign new contract
If date says "Yes" we are taking boxes & bags - all dates are acceptable for 6 large items This is a busy time. Always watch calendar or phone in Large items accepted every day. Your limit is 6 per week. Boxes and bags are Bi-weekly. Large items are weekly. This schedule may change if necessary.
This calendar can change if we get over stocked by consignors. Check daily. Giving us your email address helps us serve you better NOTICE: Giving us your email allows us to send emails ( a nice privelege for us contacting you) 1. If you have high priced items that will have price lowered, 2. or you ask for items back when checking in boxes & bags. Make sure we have your email address. This system is time-saving for us and stops annoying phone calls! Be sure to check your spam folder to tell your mailbox that you DO want our messages.
